She led a small executive team and managed a network of approximately 500 volunteers working to rescue and rehome stray and abandoned animals. She attended Virginia Tech, where she worked in a biophysics laboratory and earned a degree in Biological Systems Engineering. Julia uses her diverse background to optimize project-specific solutions that provide clients with cost-effective results.
