At the Latam level, I had the opportunity to develop and implement fraud prevention technologies and improve delivery quality for couriers. Along with creating an antifraud system, I had the chance to develop end-to-end technologies focused on improving courier delivery time.

In the Brazil team, I was responsible for leading the courier quality area. I was tasked with creating operational strategies to reduce cancellation rates due to inappropriate behavior and the number of defective orders caused by couriers.

During my internship, I had the opportunity to work in Sales Ops and Operations. With a focus on commercial planning, my role was to obtain the results from the sales teams and, based on the data, help create the best sales and post-sales strategy. In Operations, I participated in specific projects aimed at optimizing coverage, reducing cancellations, and preparing weekly reports.

Focusing on Product Development (R&D), a study was conducted on the effect of adding sunflower flour to cookies as a dough emulsifying agent, with the goal of formulating a sustainable food for vegans and vegetarians.
