The project goal was to reorganise the clients’ database to optimise the internal processes and provide the integration with Royal Mail APIs. We have managed to redesign the online forms on the website to improve customer experience, cleared the database from irrelevant data, and integrated postal services. The project was completed in time and within budget. Our client was able to reduce the storage space due to a faster and more accurate turn over of the post . I was part of this project from the very start. With my colleague/ founder of Kids Planet we have created the concept and built up the Centre in 6 months. My experience in PM helped to find the optimum route to synchronise the administrative and marketing activities. During my time in this position I have launched the website, managed advertising campaigns in social media, created tools that helped us to collect the feedback from the parents. My major projects with Ozon.ru were:* The development of the in-house CRM system. The project took two years, was delivered in time and within budget. With the new CRM system the customer service received a highly effective and scalable tool for managing the requests from the customers, the number of negative feedback from the customers decrease by almost 30% in the first two months, and continued to decrease even further during the next years* The automation of marketing activities. The project included the integration with Omniture (now Adobe Analytics) to provide the company's marketing department with web- and database analytics, the automation of email campaigns and optimisation of the website.
