I collected and aggregated DPU data from Municipal Aggregation Annual Reports for analysis, and presented this data spatially in ArcGIS and in summary graphs and tables for senior management review. The data and figures were used in DOER's publicly released draft of the Municipal Aggregation Manual & Best Practices Guide. -
