Responsible for national strategy and overseeing the Regional VP and Major Market VP teams to improve segmentation and grow our business offerings in the legal staffing, managed review, eDiscovery and permanent placement solutions. With a focus on combining a financial approach with a strategic outlook, I worked to increase our footprint nationally and globally to best support our clients and candidates. As the corporate strategy leader, I led organizational restructures in 2016 and 2018 to achieve streamlined efficiencies and increased production. I identified markets for investment and expansion as well as planned exit strategies for those underperforming. As a member of the North American Global Digital Innovation Committee, I identified tools to increase efficiencies in the recruiting, training and contract review pillars of our business. As RVP, I oversaw the business development and strategic partnerships with legal, corporate and finance clients in the Mid-Atlantic region.
