- Manage all agency clients on a daily basis and consistently communicate through emails, meetings, video calls. It is important to provide the proper customer service in order to ensure an efficient and successful relationship.- Complete client Inbound Marketing tasks, such as blogging, social media postings, email campaigns and workflows, creating new offers and content for client websites, etc. Ensuring that new content is being created is crucial for a clients ranking in Google as well as staying top of mind to those who may already be aware of them.- Analytical reporting is a large responsibility of this role - knowing the data of how certain marketing tactics are performing is the only way to know if certain tactics are working, why they may not be working, which areas are performing, as well as what should be done differently.- Managed new consultants as they were joining the agency. This was a temporary role to relieve another employee of this role as they had too much on their plate to properly manage and guide the new comers.- Have trained new Inbound Marketing Consultants in HubSpot, social media and strategizing.

- Managed company e-commerce site, adding new product, creating new content (blogs, product descriptions, etc.)- Aided in creating and implementing marketing strategies (social media, email marketing, etc.)- Assisted in managing the company's social media platforms an creating ads for Facebook. These tasks also included keeping on top of post and ad analytics in order to determine what types of content viewers and followers preferred to engage with.
