About Julia Tew

A seasoned communications specialist and transformation catalyst, I'm passionate about helping leaders and their organisations develop the awareness, skills and tools essential to navigating an increasingly complex world and to nurture a more resilient, inclusive and regenerative culture through inner development and conscious communication methods. By harnessing the power of modalities such as emotional intelligence, systems thinking, storytelling and effective stakeholder engagement, my mission is to help leaders become more self-aware, to identify their higher calling and find their authentic voice - enabling them to lead their people towards creating the conditions conducive to a more sustainable, equitable and prosperous future for all. The diverse skills and experience I bring to the table have been gained during years in executive and management roles as well as through running successful consultancies and working on my own inner development skills. I've also studied with leading institutions on topics ranging from the circular economy and business sustainability to social innovation, emotional intelligence, systems thinking, life story coaching and regenerative leadership. I've worked with or in industries ranging from food and bev, agriculture, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals to private equity, publishing, IT and education as well as in the NGO and social innovation space.
