Lead a staff of 20 direct reports and a grant team of 100+ to fundraise and deliver $16M+ of grant- and donor-funded initiatives for pollution reduction in industry and heavy transport. Manage the entire funding lifecycle, from networking with donors and writing proposals to developing strategies, hiring teams, and tracking KPIs. Additionally, represent RMI at global events, such as COP and Climate Week, and with media, serving as a subject matter expert in climate policy, technology, finance, and community engagement, with a focus on clean industrial hubs, shipping, trucking, hydrogen, and cement.

Co-led the Urban Transformation program at RMI, managing a $3.5M budget and a team of 25 while partnering with Bloomberg, Salesforce, and other philanthropies. Launched the Climate-Aligned Urbanism initiative, focusing on zero-emissions mobility and climate-aligned housing globally. Key areas included the effects of urban housing policy on energy and natural resources, as well as the impact of electric mobility (two- and three-wheelers) on transportation accessibility.

With a 2-year, $24 million grant from the Bezos Earth Fund, accelerate decarbonization investments in U.S. Clean Industrial Hubs. Co-lead a team of 100 across four organizations, providing pro-bono advisory support for 14 key projects in California, including sustainable aviation fuels, cement decarbonization, and battery electric trucking. Oversee policy, finance, and community engagement efforts, collaborating with the U.S. federal government, global banks, and local communities to secure funding and support for first-of-a-kind projects.

Founding partner of an advisory firm scaling climate and mobility solutions that limit global warming to 2º or less by 2030. Facilitate U.S.-international partnerships; advise on business development, grant funding, market conditions, and policy and regulatory environment; and develop new initiatives for climate education and investment.

Founded Urban Movement Labs, an L.A.-based NGO with a mission to diversify access to transportation technology and grow the mobility industry in L.A. Urban Movement Labs was acquired by Los Angeles' leading climate accelerator, the LA Cleantech Incubator (LACI), in 2024.

Co-host with Greg Lindsay for the mobility-themed podcast, Fast Forward.

Oversaw 8 City of L.A. Departments, including the Airports, Port, and City Planning. Designed and disbursed $150M in financial assistance and policy relief during the COVID-19 pandemic, including creating 50 miles of slow streets, launching a $20M program to deliver meals to homebound seniors, and distributing 1M N95 masks to 400+ NGOs.

Served as the Mayor's transportation technology and policy expert working directly with the Dept. of Transportation, Port of L.A., L.A. World Airports, and Bureau of Street Services. Launched spin-off non-profit for transportation technology, Urban Movement Labs.

Product managed the City Performance Tool, a software model that analyzes infrastructure investments to help cities achieve their 2050 sustainability targets. Developed the business strategy, created the product roadmap, managed staff, built budgets, and wrote sales proposals to enhance engagement. Successfully led initiatives with 35+ cities across Asia, Europe, Latin America, and North America, providing key insights to local governments and driving business development for Siemens’ Clean Energy, Building Technologies, and Zero-Emissions Mobility divisions.
