As the Client Experience Director at BLVR, I oversee the strategy and execution of delivering exceptional and memorable experiences to our clients, who range from startups to Fortune 500 companies. I also contributed to the growth and innovation of the company by providing feedback and insights from the client perspective, and collaborating with the product, sales, and marketing teams.
