As the Client Experience Director at BLVR, I oversee the strategy and execution of delivering exceptional and memorable experiences to our clients, who range from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining BLVR, I was the VP of Client Success at Lasso MD, a healthcare technology company, where I managed the client success team and ensured the satisfaction and retention of our clients. I also contributed to the growth and innovation of the company by providing feedback and insights from the client perspective, and collaborating with the product, sales, and marketing teams.
