Community Engagement Liaison - Clinic Administrator
CurrentIn my hybrid role as a Clinic Administrator and Community Engagement Liaison, I manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic while also building strong connections within the Montgomery County community. I oversee essential administrative functions such as front office staffing, clinic budgeting, team building, meeting coordination, and ensuring compliance with regulations to keep the clinic running smoothly. At the same time, I work to strengthen partnerships with community organizations, healthcare entities, enhance patient outreach, and address community needs for behavioral healthcare. This position allows me to combine my leadership and organizational skills with my passion for improving access to care and driving community-based initiatives that promote health education and wellness.
