Responsible for designing and implementing Rakuten's Compensation programs, including job architecture, benchmarking, compensation structures, and data modeling. Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, providing direction in scaling Rakuten Rewards Framework across businesses and regions.

Act as the primary interface for assigned clients (~150 clients) on survey input, application and training of the Global Life Sciences Survey. Provide assistance with planning survey production to facilitate an optimal team workflow.

Kyphon was acquired by Medtronic in 2007; my role changed from HR Generalist to Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Managed salary review process and variable compensation plans for 500 Italian employees. Participated in compensation surveys and analyzed trends to ensure Medtronic’s programs were up to date, competitive and aligned with business strategy. Partnered with the Executive and Management team to assist them during compensation decisions (recruitment, promotions, etc.).

Provided support for Italy, France, Spain and Portugal, the Human Resources department: recruitment, training, performance review, compensation and benefits.

Supported the Human Resources department for 150 Italian employees, managing the monthly payroll process, maintaining human resources records and assisting in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.

In partnership with the University, managed three different HR projects. Responsible for coordinate the team and activities in order to meet the scope and timelines, providing project status and follow up.

Maintained Human Resources database with skills, competencies and availability of consultants in order to support Project Managers during the creation of the project team

Assisted with production of the two main annual compensation surveys, reviewing clients' data for accuracy and processing the information into Hewitt´s database.
