At the core of my professional story lies a passion for technology and education. My journey, grounded in academic interests, led to a Ph.D. and a fruitful career as a university lecturer. Those experiences really broadened my understanding of education and further fueled my interest in how technology could be used to change learning models. Joining Edpuzzle, with its roots in Y Combinator, just felt right—it melded my academic background with innovative educational technology.As Director of Operations, I lead essential functions that enable growth and support the mission of Edpuzzle in empowering educators around the world. This includes managing supplier relationships and procurement, driving process innovation initiatives, operational budgeting, and ensuring the running of legal and compliance functions, company insurance programs, and the like. I am focused on the development of strategies that improve performance and drive continuous improvement while ensuring our processes are efficient and scalable.Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at IESE Business School with a scholarship for women with high leadership potential, I'm committed to continuous personal and professional growth. Fluent in both German and English, conversational in Korean, and native in Catalan and Spanish, these languages empower me to be effective in their respective environments.I’m excited about the evolving edtech landscape and driven to make meaningful contributions to the sector.
