With over five years of professional experience in customer service, operations in hospitality and property management. I’ve worked in customer service with the 5* standard since I graduated from the university, through which I’ve honed my people skills and improved my ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.As a Property Manager, I have experience in successfully coordinating the activities of various parties in order to carry out a full service that offers property management, leasing services for owners and tenants. In the last 3 years alone in Emperor Key, I enjoy collaborating with my co-workers in many our branches in Hong Kong to ensure we quickly meet the team's objective. I was eager for helping our clients to solve their property issues by working closely with many reputed developer such as Capitaland, Kusto, Maeda, Angia, Thuan Viet; and management team in the building such as CRBE, Savills, JLL... In my former role as an Operation Management Office at Gamuda Land, I was responsible for monitoring and was in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions. I also assisted to implement and monitor budgets.
