With over five years of professional experience in customer service, operations in hospitality and property management. I’ve worked in customer service with the 5* standard since I graduated from the university, through which I’ve honed my people skills and improved my ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.As a Property Manager, I have experience in successfully coordinating the activities of various parties in order to carry out a full service that offers property management, leasing services for owners and tenants. In the last 3 years alone in Emperor Key, I enjoy collaborating with my co-workers in many our branches in Hong Kong to ensure we quickly meet the team's objective. I was eager for helping our clients to solve their property issues by working closely with many reputed developer such as Capitaland, Kusto, Maeda, Angia, Thuan Viet; and management team in the building such as CRBE, Savills, JLL... In my former role as an Operation Management Office at Gamuda Land, I was responsible for monitoring and was in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions. I also assisted to implement and monitor budgets. Furthermore, as the internal auditor role at Gamuda, I have experience in conducting the necessary audits to ensure all the business process is compliant to the internal procedures, regulatory and governmental requirements.I’m confident that my excellent work ethic, unparalleled attention to detail, and high-performing will allow me to contribute to the team’s success.
