- Perform drug sample analysis.- Perform sample preparation starting from preparing standards, mobile phase and samples for analyzed using HPLC.- Operated UV-Vis spectrophotometer instrument and atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS)- Perform analysis for drug preparations starting from tablets, large, caplets, capsules, syrups and injections.- Prepare worksheets required for sample analysis.- Carry out physical and chemical tests such as water content, pH, dissolution, spectrophotometry, AAS, LOD, hardness, weight and thickness.- Able to operate spectrophotometer, AAS, Karl Fischer, Auto Titrator, LPG, Dissolution Tester, pH meter.- perform daily verification of the device.- Applied 5R in the laboratory so that the preparation and analysis process can run smoothly and safely.
