I’m a Spanish-British journalist based in Paris, and my work has appeared in Time magazine, The Guardian, The New York Times, Monocle, The Daily Telegraph, The Daily Beast, Atmos, BBC, Condé Nast Traveller, Time Out, Holiday magazine, Konfekt.I speak five languages (English, Spanish, Catalan, Spanish, French and Italian) and I’m often travelling around France and Spain. I’m particularly interested in stories about culture, identity and the climate crisis, and the relationship between all these. I’ve written about the Louvre’s efforts to save its art from flooding, the translators working in a secret bunker and how manga is taking off in France. In addition to reporting and writing features, I also develop narrative podcasts and work with brands on writing and editorial projects.I also co-write the newsletter Beyond Words, a monthly digest of language news from around the world.
