In my current role at Resurs Bank, I lead the product area Resurs Checkout Solutions, a eCommerce checkout for the Nordic market. NET AB offers mopeds, electric bikes, ATVs, and dirt bikes both online and in-store, with a presence in Sweden, Norway, and Finland through e-commerce, physical stores, and retailers. As the leader of the e-commerce team, I had overall responsibility for ensuring the team's performance aligned with the company's sales plans. I led an agile development team with both strategic and operational focus, working to optimize online presence for an inspiring customer experience and driving projects around the e-commerce platform and system integrations. I had the roll Project Manager for when we implemented new systems and processes for the entire company, including changing the e-commerce platform, ERP, and WMS.
