Juli Bacon is the sole owner of JB Consulting Systems, LLC and Bacon Maintenance Services, LLC, as well as a partner in her joint venture, JJ BizWorks and a minority owner in Routec Industries, LLC. Juli started her consulting business during the dot com crash and adapted quickly to make the necessary changes to sustain it through the most recent economic downturn.In 2013, Juli was recognized nationally by her homebuilding peers with their most prestigious designation of NAHB Woman of the Year. She has received similar recognition over the years from her local Professional Women in Building Council, her local association and was the Building Industry Association of Washington's Associate of the Year in 2005 and received their 2017 Builder Appreciation Award. Juli is a devoted military mother of two, Sargent James Bacon, former United States Marine and Seaman Jessica Bacon, US Navy.Driven by a competitive nature and a desire to affect change, Bacon works to achieve results and has a passion for helping small businesses succeed through strategic planning and goal setting. Bacon is a nationally recognized speaker and recently published author of Six Word Lessons on HR Practices for a Productive Workforce. Bacon continues to expand her businesses while juggling the demands of a business owner, chairing various non-profit organizations, training for triathlons and staying involved in the Woodinville Chamber and her local, state and national home building associations.
