I enjoy helping people, and that's why I do what I do. For over 10 years, I have worked in the insurance industry which has been fraught with change. I came in at a time when people weren't sure what to do and were looking for help. That's where I come in. I help employers design and implement an attractive, cost effective benefits package and then help their staff understand those benefits. Having an understanding of their benefits, helps employees to make important future decisions and also gives them a new appreciation for their employer.
