As a marketing analytics manager, I analyze data to help CCC make informed marketing decisions.Using campaign performance, website analytics, pipeline movement, customer behavior, and market trends, I identify patterns and insights and use statistical techniques, dashboards, and visualizations to report to the team and support continuous marketing campaign performance improvement.

Working in conjunction with the director team, I am responsible for Visitor Services, Settlement Programming, Public Programming, and Marketing at The House of the Seven Gables. Special project roles include interpretive planning, the AASLH StEPS program, and other duties as required and assisgned.

I report to the executive director and taking a lead on a variety of organizational and operational projects related to the teams at the House of the Seven Gables Settlement Association. High profile projects will include planning for the 2016 150th birthday celebration of Caroline Emmerton--the founder of the organization. In 2018, the mansion will turn 350 years old and there will be a year of commemoration and celebration. Finally, a second floor chamber space will be structurally restored and freshly interpreted and that will fall under my purview.

Plan public programs that highlight a variety of historical angles. Work closely with marketing team to promote both regular tours and special programs related to properties. Work with property care and collections teams to ensure working order or exterior and interior of three historic properties.Responsible for hiring and training a guide staff who greet and share the Phillips and Gedney House histories with over 6500 visitors on an annual basis. Research family histories and answer inquiries in relation to the public about the history of the house.

Historical consultant duties have included researching a collaborative Historic Sites of Franklin Park brochure with the Massachusetts Cultural Council, leading historical walking tours, and responding to public inquiries about the history of the park and Emerald Necklace; Organizational consultant duties have included production of marketing and fundraising plans and a by-law review; Marathon Team Leader duties include the fundraising, event planning, and athletic training support for a total of 57 fundraisers in order to help them to exceed a $180,000 fundraising goal as well as running the 2012- 2014 Boston Marathon and raising over $13,000 myself.

From 2001-2004 I was a front-of-the-house manager at the now closed Copley Square location, which averaged a volume of $100,000/week in peak seasons. In other years, I have performed other front-of-house functions including serving, bartending, and expediting. I currently bartend one night/week.

RunSalem is the first and only home of SALEM RUNNING TOURS—RunBoston and RunSalem are New England's leaders in guided running tours. Responsibilities include creation and research for a 5K running tour of historic Salem, customer service with interested runners, and assisting the creators of the organization with the implementation of RunSalem in the North of Boston region.

Responsibilities include independent research and writing for the "Gallery of Everyday Things" series, currently in post-production for the Austrailian Broadcasting Company; communication with the head producer and assistant producer in securing travel and visiting arrangements for interviews, museums, and archives; logistical organization for overseas production crews.

In the president's office, I was responsible for daily communication with Dennis Fiori for scheduling, contacts, and board issues. In the development department I was responsible for data entry and gift processing using Raiser's Edge as well as event planning and management with the department.

Worked with Professor Ballard Campbell in class preparation, lectures, and grading for three sessions of American History 1870-Present. Class size average: 50 students

Researched and planned interpretive tours of the Freedom Trail and Faneuil Hall. Worked as a front-line visitor services representative at one of the busiest visitor's centers in downtown Boston and assisted with travel plans, historical questions, and communications with other National Park Service sites in greater Boston.

Responsible for customer service to teachers, school districts, and software dealers on large orders. Worked closely with software dealers in providing credit and support to their accounts.
