I have over 30 years of experience in the area of administration with 15 years in management. I have extensive experience in the areas of financial administration in particular payroll and invoicing and all taxation requirements including superannuation. Before joining Astron in 2009 I was responsible for the accounts and payroll for various mining companies as an owner operator, and therefore had an excellent knowledge of financial administration within this industry. Prior to being an owner operator I was employed within the medical field as an office manager and was responsible for the management of a large medical centre which required the coordination of 20 employees, 16 doctors and 1500 patients per week.I have brought to Astron management of all financial administration and daily office operations at both Leederville offices and the Karratha office. I engage in problem solving personnel requirements, allocation of resources to ensure all organisational requirements, developing and analysing information using workplace business systems as well as meeting statutory requirements in respect to payroll and recruitment practices.RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:» Chevron Australia Projects: As Accounts Manager responsibilities are to monitor and report to the Managing Director on surplus or deficit with individual Work Requests. Track and verify all expenses and personnel timesheets to formulate monthly invoices for uploading into ARIBA. Point of contact for all account queries and information from Chevron Australia as well as monthly VOWD submittals.
