As a Business Analyst for Deal Management, Emerging Technologies Team I have helped coordinate the roll out of DocuSign eSignature, Digital Signature and CFR part 11 for Life and Sciences corporate wide. I perform all onboarding’s of new groups, walking users through additional features and functionality of DocuSign, while finding solutions to improve their process and workflow.Within my role, I am the subject matter expert on eSignature, Digital Signature & CFR part 11, covering internal processes and the DocuSign tool. I Identify and solve problems around new group use cases, signature types, country availability and certifications.
