As Chief HR Officer of QBCC and HRRM/Head of HR with the University of Queensland, I enhanced organisational performance and maximised the leadership, capability and design of multi-disciplinary workforces through strategic and technical advice and expertise in end-to-end HR services. 

I proved myself as a strategic leader with an appetite for modernisation and service improvement and passion for AI, technology, and the future of work, building learning, change and innovation-based cultures, modernising L&D, and designing new and compelling leadership development programs. My teams have been recognised for Service Excellence in challenging and complex operating environments with a diverse range of clients. The fascination with all things tech has spilled over into my personal life, and I proudly had a hand in investing in and providing support and coaching through the start-up, scale-up and acquisition phase of a successful Property Technology business.
