Research focused on the neuro-immunology area neurons regulate immune cells functions and mucosal homeostasis. Our work published in Nature Journal (2017) showed that neuromedin U (NMU) in mice is a fast and potent regulator of type 2 innate immunity in the context of a functional neuron-ILC2 unit. Strong expertise in basic immunology : - In vivo : Pre-clinical mouse models (Allergy, Parasitic infection (Nippostrongylus brasiliensis), colitis), Follow-up of genetically modified mice; Adoptive cell transfer, mice handling & injections. - Ex Vivo : Flow Cytometry, FACS Sorting, qPCR, Lumar Zeiss V12 microscope (intestinal imaging) - In Vitro : Co-culture immune cells and neurons, cell culture (including T-cell differentiation) - Wrote review and original paper.

I was working for 5 years on the Immunopathology and respiratory diseases field in both human and mice. During my Master, I studied (1) the cross-talk between Dendritic cells (DCs) and T cells in blood from moderate to severe allergic asthmatic patients and (2) the transcriptome profile of blood cell from patients with end-stage chronic respiratory diseases.
