McArthur Dean Training is privately owned, independent training providers who are based in Hull, with branches in Grimsby and Scunthorpe. I work in the Business Development Department in Hull and Grimsby recruiting potential learners onto the Traineeship/Apprenticeship Programme. This primarily consists of finding employment for 16-19 year olds who are looking to take the first steps of their career and recruiting them onto the relevant training programmes. I also recruit young adults/adults who are wanting to pursue a career in Accounting and need an AAT qualification. I've gained contracts with NHS and also local authorities and account manage these contracts. This has broadened my skills and enabled me to build good relations with managers and employees within these organisations. Dawson Dean recruitment is a new arm to McArthur Dean Training, we have an excellent track record in the recruitment of Apprentices and now want to use our expertise in this field to recruit high calibre staff for more senior positions commercially.
