I have also worked in the school system and with students at all levels. Project skills:Coordinated the Benefits Open Enrollment process for an organization of 1500 team members. Created costing spreadsheets for labor union wage negotiations.Worked with State Government during the redistricting process after the 2000 census.Learning:Completed ESRI GIS certificate online after working full days and domestic obligations.Completed Crucial Conversations training. Leveraged this training to create a successful book study and facilitated 7 book studies that familiarized 95 team members with the tools and background of this amazing book. Leadership:Created a Leadership Journey group to bring leaders together in an extremely fast growing organization.Walked along team members EVERY DAY to encourage, facilitate, support, and grow them on their journey. My background is varied and I bring lots of different experience to the table.
