I have over 30 years experience in cash management. I am responsible for cash forecasting, tracking all open receivables for a large client base, reporting that data to varying levels of immediate as well as corporate management, and monthly reconciliation of various general ledger (GL) accounts. I am also responsible for compiling the quarterly covenant compliance certificate with the bank. I track and enter all client receivables into Deltek and prepare posting reports for sign-off by management and GL. I am responsible for my company and it's subsidiaries corporate insurance program, including renewal, review, implementation, and monitoring throughout the year to ensure appropriate coverage and search for cost savings. I work with our insurance broker to coordinate appropriate lines and limits of coverage according to the needs of the company, as well as ensuring all insurance sections of all contracts can be met with existing coverage. If necessary, work with the broker to procure additional coverage for specific contracts. I am also heavily involved in audit response for cash management and receivables. I am extremely detail-oriented and work very independently with extremely minimal supervision. I have held this roll, in which I continue to grow, for over 30 years and have become proficient in many aspects of cash management, corporate insurance, and treasury.
