Provides training coordination for Wisconson activities plus some of our out of state offices. This includes working with on-site, cross-site and corporate internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers. Systems Management-This includes being the site’s main point of contact regarding class timing, class scheduling, materials, facilitators, invitation, etc. Some of the core tasks to be done with RIDE include . . .-Setting up new courses in HDU or editing the descriptions of existing courses. -Finding new vendors for Program Managers-Scheduling internal and external facilitators. -Follow up with participants and facilitators. -Course evaluations.-Monitoring enrollment and cancellations-Cancelling or changing classes as needed. -Running reports and preparing communications regarding learning activities and performance improvement metrics.-Paying vendor invoices through SAP.-Doing needs assessments.-Build Online training courses.-Facilitate trainings as needed

Facilitated train the trainer sessions to new and seasoned field associates to optimize their knowledge of photo equipment.Key member of an implementation team that introduced digital photography equipment into the retail store environment. Effectively delivered 2000+ training events. These sessions included training of analog and digital equipment, customer service and sales skills, and policy and procedure for specified accounts.Orchestrated new lab set ups including installation and networking of printers and kiosks to ensure the photo lab is ready to go on day one.Trained and coached managers and district managers to facilitate the implement of product brand strategy initiatives.
