I have a strong background in business strategy, operations management, and compliance, working with various employers and clients to improve their health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, as well as their efficiency and profitability.I also partner with School of Thought, a social enterprise that inspires and engages the next generation of leaders and innovators. I help businesses implement ISO standards (9000 and 14000 family), BS 10125, and other internal and external standards, using systems that retain personal interaction and add value. My specialism is health and wellbeing, which I combine with my knowledge of behavioural safety, coaching, mentoring, and training to help people understand and change their risk-taking behaviours.
