About GoPivot: Enterprise SaaS solution provider leveraging the latest advances in data analytics and behavioral science to drive change in areas of health and wellness. Clients include top employers and large organizations such as NASCAR, BB&T Bank, Kaiser Permanente, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. I was initially recruited by the CEO of RivalHealth before growing into a role overseeing all aspects of new customer onboarding/implementation and customer success for this enterprise-scale exercise and nutrition platform and mobile app with hundreds of thousands of users nationwide. In 2017, we merged to become GoPivot Solutions and I was retained to serve as a member of the executive management team. In this role, my team and I:► Drive client onboarding, customization, implementation, and ongoing user adoption and customer success. ► Collaborate with development teams to enhance user experience (UX) and functionality, develop product roadmaps, and create and launch new products into the market.

I was promoted to build and lead a new department for the Hendersonville hospital while serving on the Wellness Program Management team for this 55+ hospital system. In this role, I recruited and oversaw a 10-person team driving employee health programs and community outreach efforts while managing the workers’ compensation program.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: ► Developed a comprehensive employee wellness program and Associate Health Department delivering programs including immunizations, physicals, biometric screenings, and smoking cessation to improve employee health and meet compliance standards. ► Launched 10-week community wellness programs with strategic partners.► Rolled-out a “Wellness on Wheels” program to provide health screenings and wellness workshops at local events. This pilot program was later adopted by other hospitals in the system. ► Reduced workers’ compensation costs by 75% after overhauling processes, implementing light-duty reassignments, and partnering with an orthopedic office to standardize and expedite care for injured employees. ► Implemented the RivalHealth platform to increase staff participation while enabling reporting and tracking abilities to measure program outcomes and ROI. ► Earned recognition as a top-performing employee hospital-wide in 2013.► AdventHealth Henderson earned the Healthiest Employer Award in 2012 by Healthiest Employers.
