I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher RYT 200, registered with Yoga Alliance. I also hold a CT Elementary Education Teaching Certificate for grades K-6, and taught in the Glastonbury Public School System.Yoga allows me to plug in, reconnect and get lost in the beauty of form, movement, and self-expression. It brings my body, mind, and spirit to life in a fluid yet cohesive way. We are more alike than we are different, and when we come together we empower ourselves and each other. We weave a vibrant story together. In my class, I blend clear alignment instructions with an uplifting philosophy. I offer insights with enthusiasm, curiosity, and sensitivity to spark your imagination. What would you like to cultivate, and what is no longer needed?
