Rudi Raab and I wrote Stumbling Stone, a novel based on our true life stories. Since 2017 when the book was published, we've been doing book readings and in 2017, Rudi translated the book in to German (Der Stolperstein) and we did a book tour in Germany. For the last few years, we've written several children's books, including "Howdy: the Adventures of a Disgruntled Pig" and "Glory the Ghost who wore glasses."Before I "retired" in 2010, I worked with Contra Costa Health Services (California) for 15 years as the Public Information Officer and Assistant to the Health Services Director. Prior to that, I was a reporter for 10 years and an administrator with a Native American health organization. While in New York State, I worked with the State Departments of Labor, Social Services and Mental Health.
