I grew up surround by younger children and this began my career of babysitting. This passion of working with young children led me to go to school for Education. I have been with Bright Horizons since 1999. I have held various roles within that time with the company. I started as a Preschool teacher and while I was working in our centers had the opportunity to hold the roles of Teacher, Lead Teacher, Education Coordinator and Assistant Director. After 12 years of working in centers I took on a new role of supervising substitutes as the substitute staffing Coordinator. I would help hire, train and staff the substitutes to the area centers who need sub coverage.In 2013 I join the recruitment team as a recruitment coordinator. I recruit for centers in and around the Boston and Cambridge area. I also work with a few centers on the South Shore. I enjoy that this role allows me the opportunity each day to meet and connect with people interested in working with the field of early education. I get to share my passion for early education with the people I connect with each day. I enjoy helping new teachers find positions that they can be successful in and help them grow their careers with Bright Horizons. To be known as a dependable, results driven leader committed to helping support the teams I work with. I am an adaptable partner who is willing to try new things and offer my leadership and experience to achieve the goals set for me and those I work with.
