Based in Hong Kong and with its manufacturing base in Vietnam, Rochdale Spears Group designs, manufactures and distributes designer home furnishings and decorative accessories through high-end distributors and retailers in the USA, its internet platform for international distribution "Resource Decor" and its retail stores "Sonder Living" in the USA.In charge of Group financial reporting and analysis as well as presentation to management.Developed group accounting framework and reporting structure for Joint Venture Businesses and investments outside the group.Working closely with Group CEO and Group CFO on special projects such as financial modeling, business valuations, tax optimisation, main contact point with third party advisors and auditors.Strong relationships with manufacturing businesses in Vietnam, distribution subsidiaries in the USA and other business partners.

Directing shared service finance and accounting for 6 business units located in Shanghai and Beijing- Accounting, reporting, cash management, internal control- Analysing, budgeting at legal entity level- Managing a team of 6 people- Managing of banks and external auditors relationships- Annual PRC financial statements and audit, tax review, board communication

- Responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial statements of Alstom group, including the transition to IFRS standards- Coordination and regular communication with other departments (M&A, Treasury, Financial Control, Communication)- Analysis and review of financial information reported by consolidated units- Ad-hoc analyses (analysis of purchase and sale agreements, follow-up of financial instruments, actuarial valuation)- Interactions with external auditors and other advisors
