Ensure individual underwriters have the tools and training needed, including but not limited to underwriting guidelines, relevant and up to date Sharepoint sites for each program and external underwriting tools, to effectively underwrite within their programs. The position requires extensive insurance underwriting experience and the aptitude for relationship management as significant interaction with our insurance carrier partner(s) and internal colleagues will be needed as well as a focus on adherence to underwriting guidelines and execution of agreed underwriting directives by our insurance carrier partner(s).
