Supporting enterprise within the Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council area through the delivery of the Go For It and Exploring Enterprise programmes and the Women in Business Yes You Can programme. Responsibilities include the completion of business plans and financial projections for new businesses and those trading less than six months; providing one-to-one and group mentoring for participants to progress their aims for self-employment and delivery of enterprise themed training workshops.

Working to remove barriers and progress the self-employment objectives for a range of unemployed or economically inactive clients, including those with complex needs. Delivery of self-employment advice and support through the Steps to Success and Jobmatch programmes in Antrim, Carrickfergus, Larne, Ballymena and Newtownabbey.
