My name is Julie Hamilton and I am a Transformational Coach and Energy Healer with over 30 years of experience as a therapist, who passionately helps determined women unashamedly reclaim their identity so that they can live a life fuelled by purpose, meaning, and fulfillment.I am dedicated to helping guide and empower women to successfully reach their full potential.Through working with me, I can help them to live more in the moment, release their past and create a successful future so that they can be free to live the life they have always wished to experience.I support women, particularly professionals, who are trying to create a life of abundance, even if right now they are feeling overwhelmed and struggling to escape from cycles of stress fuelled mental exhaustion, never-ending doubt about their life choices and a monotonous daily routine. Women who are trying to find the energy to do “everything”, yet always feel they're running on empty. Women who need help reconnecting with who they are and what they truly want from life.To do this I provide a safe non-judgemental space in which my clients can express their honest and open feelings and be fully listened to and heard.I then work through my signature framework “The Mindful Manifesting Method”, which takes them by the hand and safely guides them back to their true, inner self.This means they can once and for all thrive in the world they choose to create, instead of struggling to survive in the one they found themselves living in.
