I am a Certified Practitioner trained in Functional Medicine Nutrition through Integrated and Functional Nutrition Academy. When having my own health struggles, I turned to Functional Medicine and holistic remedies to heal myself. When I started practicing real self-care, and working with a Functional Medicine Doctor, my life was changed. And I was inspired to go back to school with the goal of helping others. I look to support clients by providing knowledge, resources, and guidance in a completely safe and non-judgmental space. Working collaboratively to empower clients to take back control of their health outcomes. Although I have always been interested in health and wellbeing, it took taking a deep dive into the root causes of my own health challenges to turn this passion into a profession. I absolutely love working alongside my clients to discover their best selves and their best, most vital health.
