As humans we are all different and have our own unique ways and approaches to our work as well as our personal and professional lives. Due to this a 'one size fits all' approach rarely delivers the best outcomes for those involved and this is why I am passionate about providing a tailored approach to people development. This can take place via executive coaching, longer term coaching plans or in a workshop environment. With coaching, support and guidance, individuals are able to see their goals and barriers in a fresh light. Hidden or under-recognised talents and skills emerge. Personal targets and aims can become reachable and therefore more achievable. This in turn means people feel an increased amount of control over their own lives and can achieve that wonderful light bulb moment when individuals know exactly where they are going and how they will get there.To know you can make a difference is all most of us want, and working with 50+ is the Experience Counts (York) CIC way of making a difference.
