With more than 450 team members, 13,703 homes in 87 communities, we understand the importance of extending a highly professional level of service to all our Residents - service that adds value to their lives and turns their apartment into a home.As the Vice President of Talent Management Services at Buffalo Wild Wings, Instrumental in fueling the growth from $1B to $4.0B+ in revenue through effective talent acquisition, development and retention strategies for 44,000 team members in 650 company owner and supports 1250 franchise restaurants.Previously as the Vice President of Human Resources at Allianz Life, I was instrumental in leading the Human Resources and Facilities functions during the successful merger of Allianz Life and LifeUSA organizations during significant rapid growth from an employee base of 1,000 to over 3,500 employees over a 5-year period of time, which included several acquisitions and divestitures.Not your typical human resources leader, I grew up in a large family of entrepreneurs in Rapid City, SD, where we owned real estate and retail entities. Growing up in a family business, I experienced that when employees were allowed to do what they do best everybody wins. I use that philosophy today in my approach to creating cultures that deliver results through happy people.
