Joined the firm prior to the Fund launch, implementing all back office, administrative and compliance aspects. This included the review of vendors for OMS, onboarding auditors, prime brokers, administrator and other required functions such as DTCC. Also worked closely with outside counsel to finalize all fund documents, ISDAs and prime broker agreements. Collaborated with counsel and compliance advisors to meet SEC filing requirements including filing ADV, Form D as well as Blue Sky, 13H and 13F as needed once the firm launched. Implemented and developed a compliance program and internal controls for the firm. Work with administrator and auditors on all regulatory updates related to FATCA, CRS and Cayman Anti-Money Laundering compliance. Manage all back and middle office functions including fund accounting, trade settlement, finance, and treasury. Manage and oversee the Fund Audits as well as Review monthly pricing, monthly NAV, and monthly management and incentive fee calculations completed by the Administrator. Main point of contact for all aspects of the management company. Implemented and manage the operating budget and address all management company expenses. Responsible for human capital management, and office management, including overseeing technology. Work closely with technology and HR vendors to ensure day to day tasks are uninterrupted.

Hired at the Fund inception. Worked with the CFO to develop all broker dealer relationships and settlement accounts. Developed and implemented all back office functions including Fund Accounting, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Margin, Compliance and Reporting. Built out the team as the fund assets grew.
