With nearly 30 years of experience at Wells Fargo, I am a seasoned and versatile Sr. Technology Business Services Consultant, AVP, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality technology solutions and services. I have extensive knowledge and skills in IT business analysis, information technology, release management, change management, incident and problem management, and service level management.In my current role, I work with leadership to review incident and problem data to determine strengths as well as areas that can be improved. Improvements can include efficiencies, but also including determining risks to our customers or our lines of business, and creating action plans around those findings. I also work with teams to ensure that the application information and data that we keep in our systems of record are accurate and up to date; including support and managing group information, as well as application relationships between other applications and assets, databases, servers, and other infrastructure. I also have a proven track record of improvements and action plans that have shown positive results for our organization that have shown long term results. I am passionate about innovation, learning, and motivation, and I strive to deliver value and quality to my team, organization, and customers. When not working, I enjoy participating in ultra-marathons and triathlons, and running along the trails near my city.
