Commodities included food, fuel, repair parts and hazmat.* Directed logistics operations for Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2020 in Hawaii, supporting 10 partner nations, 22 ships, and 5300 personnel in the largest Naval exercise in the world. Led a multi-national military team to manage exercise training scenarios, as well as real time materiel expediting, transportation, procurement, customs clearance and municipal support for all countries during the two-month exercise.* Developed and executed Third Fleet’s $10M annual operating budget, initiated and implemented a human resource yearly review process, and managed the organization’s employee timecards, along with payroll and annual bonus budgets.

Led the long-term planning for systems integration efforts for new construction projects in the U.S., Europe, and Africa. * Created and executed a two year plan to consolidate 39 independent IT service desks into a single, enterprise wide, Tier 1 service platform. * Developed and implemented a single instance of the Navy’s Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system, which allowed teams to manage the end-to-end delivery of IT support to its customers.

* Established the Department of Defense’s only distribution and warehousing hub in the Middle East, housing 7500-line items worth $65M in inventory. * Created and executed the organization’s $17M annual operating budget as well as a $90M five-year labor contract. Coordinated closely with the MSP to ensure personnel growth and onboarding issues were addressed early with no interruption to the mission. Led contract administration with no cost overruns. * Program manager for Oman expansion. Conducted gap fit analysis with military stakeholders to develop an expansion plan for distribution operations to Salalah, Oman, ultimately providing greater flexibility to US military and civilian personnel operating in the Middle East and Horn of Africa regions. Coordinated and facilitated meetings between Department of State, Department of Defense, and the Oman Ministry of Defense to negotiate permissions for expansion. Salalah detachment opened in October, 2016.
