CFO of the US Public business, managing a ~$8B P&L comprised of US Federal, State and Local Government, Education and Healthcare customers. Partnered with the General Manager and Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operational leadership in driving all aspects of the Public business. Led the Public Finance function comprised of segment Controllers and their staffs of pricing, FP&A, and analytical resources.

Led the Integration Management Office - providing program management resources, expertise, processes and tools to lead the cross-functional integration efforts for all Dell acquisitions. Partners with Corporate Strategy, Business Unit, and Cross- Functional teams to ensure optimization of the value drivers of each investment.

Led the global finance function supporting the Chief Procurement Officer and operations/supply chain/procurement teams in the US, Europe and Asia - providing controllership, planning and business analytics. Located in Austin (2 1/2 yrs) and migrated the function to Singapore (2 yrs).
