Responsible for the oversight of the trauma services program for a level 1 trauma program at a 629 bed academic tertiary facility and for the Peoria Area EMS system which has 2000 EMS providers and 90 agencies. Also, responsible for the sexual assault nurse examiner program and the pediatric quality coordinator for the 55 bed emergency department. Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met as well as quality assurance and improvement for the programs. Manages the budgetary aspects of both departments. Engages in research and performance improvement projects.
