Employing coaching empowers each client to make choices they own and will hold themselves accountable to achieve through determination and persistence. Recognizing clients as experts on their lives, I serve as a thought partner, asking questions that facilitate processing & lead to solutions that keep or restart momentum on the trajectory the client is pursuing.
