Julie is a Partner at West Monroe leading the Talent Management function. In this role, she is responsible for leading the Talent Business Partner, Performance Management Center of Excellence and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion teams enabling West Monroe’s growth strategy, ensuring people outcomes align to the firm’s employee value proposition, values and award-winning culture. Prior to leading the Talent Management function, Julie built and led the Talent Acquisition function at West Monroe hiring and leading a team of high-performing Recruiters with capabilities in campus, experienced and executive search efforts. During her tenure as the Talent Acquisition leader, the firm grew from 150 employees to more than 1,400 employees. She also actively contributed to M&A and divestiture efforts having led people diligence for several acquisitions, served as a key contributor to acquisition integration and divestiture strategies and co-designed new organization structures, roles, career models and career pathways.Julie has twenty-five years of progressive Talent & Human Resource (HR) experience specializing in delivering complex talent initiatives, performance management transformation, coaching and leadership development, career planning, HR M&A, employee fulfillment, equity and talent acquisition. Julie is an active member of The Conference Board Talent Management Executives group.
