I started my career at the JM Smucker Company in April 2019. In the 4yrs I’ve been employed here I successfully mastered all the skill blocks in the Bakery dept. My training as an OC has given me valuable experience in how to handle stressful situations, bread management, how to do a farinograph and enter into Proficy, as well as daily reports, and numerous other things. I easily communicated with technicians on my team. Also touching base with the SM leads, to control bread management and product loss. Did several different positions, we switch week by week. Made chemical batches for the coating of the laser drums. Run, watch, and make adjustments to make the processes run correctly. Problem solved and fix when machines stop running or not working properly. Load drums that need to be coated and unload drums when coated. Inspect drums for defects, pack and scan them in pallet form for inventory to be shipped.

Production of bottled water. Documenting hourly checks for quality, keeping the area clean and safe at all times. Injecting performs and caps making sure the machines are clean and running at all times. Also load hopper with performs using a forklift. It is a 12hr shift I am always on time and ready to work willing to help out in other position.

Manufacturing and building of wind turbine blades. Organized and set up material for building of the blades, making sure all material was there for the build. Documenting the process of the build and any delays. Making sure the area was a safe environment.
