Participated in the internal event communication strategy for Bordeaux Métropole and the City of Bordeaux (heterogeneous audience of 8,000 public officials). As a part of a students team, I was in charge of all communications around the annual IAE of Poitiers’ gala, that brought together more than 750 participants (students, former graduates, teacher-researchers, partners...). - Managed the realisation of all visual communications: teaser video, invitations, posters, menus etc.- Promoted the event within the school (oral presentations, screen display, posters, ponctual events), on the social media (Facebook page, newsletter, website), and for the public (posters).- Developed partnerships and took part in the overall decisions regarding the event.- Supported on a daily basis the organisation of the event (registration, cancellations, D-day logistics management etc..).

Prepared and implemented the second edition of a weekend promoting the Web Cycle Company, and cycling across Normandy.
