Migrated agency's CRM data and administration of programs to the Salesforce.com platform. Served on the 2011 Strategic Plan and 2012 Merger/Acquisition Task Forces, and facilitated the acquisition and assimilation of Christian Community Action, an emergency assistance agency located in Norwalk CT in 2012.

Hired by hedge fund as Director of Corporate Operations to build out management company accounting infrastructure as firm grew from 90 to 250 employees in two years. Moved to Human Resources in 2007 as Director of Adminstration, overseeing compensation, benefits, contracts, on-boarding, employee relations, and immigration matters.

Joined wholesale children's clothing company as Controller; promoted to CFO in January, 2005. Responsibilities included all accounting, financial and human resource operations of the company, product importation from overseas suppliers and inventory management.

Hired by CRM consulting firm as Director of Financial Operations to create and manage systems for all revenue functions. When promoted to Controller in January, 2003, responsibilities grew to include the oversight of all daily accounting and financial operations of firm. Elected not to move to Minnesota when my position did.
