- Responsible for the business vision and delivery of digital platforms to improve the strategic approach of my clients’ portfolio, as product owner/scrum master- Tasks: analyse the business, identify the needs internally and externally through interviews and workshops, define the backlog, write the briefing and orchestrate the team, validate the demo of each release.- Objective: to meet the user needs and position the client as a guide for their customers

- Responsible for the business development of the digital department inside the agency- Tasks: analyse the existing clients business and build strategic propositions based on digital platforms, and coordinate the implementation. - Objective: Digital transformation for retailers’ advertisement

We’re Denku, a fast and growing agency from Antwerp, Belgium. Smart, agile and lean. Social studio, conversion lab, incubation engine, digital factory.- Responsible for the research to build a strategic recommendation and the project management to implement it- Objective: Optimize the performance of the clients’ digital communication

Intership in business analysis in an up-coming company in Istanbul, Turkey.- Responsible for the definition and delivery of a crowdfunding platform- Tasks: analyse the business, meet the stakeholders, define the functionalities, write the backlog, supervise the scrum master, validate the demo of each release- Objective: create bridge between the corporate sector and the NGO’s, by volunteering for specific and short-term missions, allowed by the company during the working hours.

- Responsible for the delivery of digital platforms in accordance with a defined briefing and budget- Tasks: brief the technical teams, plan the resources, coordinate them for assuring the success of the delivery and the performance of the platform- Objective: respect the dedicated briefing and make the client happy of the delivery, service and results of the project.

Responsable de projet au sein d'une agence de webdesign, en contact avec les clients, l'équipe de design et découpe en interne et l'équipe de développement en externe, pour assurer la satisfaction du client et une réalisation sans imrpévu du projet.

Mise en place et gestion de l'Espace Public Numérique, communication et publicité, organisation de formations en informatique et de conférences.

Stage de fin d'étude, conception graphique (flyers, affiche, webdesign), médiaplanning, relations publiques, amélioration de l'image perçue du théâtre.
